To process of making a custom is easy. We’re pretty open to customs, but remember we have our own standards. Long it makes sense, reasonable, and detail. It can get passed. Remember, some things just will NOT be passed. We have our reason and have every right to do so. If it happens, no need to get work up about and just move on. We love creative and unique creations. Those are the most likely the creations to be approve the fastest
Each staff members have their own standards of denying and passing things. One staff member may deny something while another may approve it. You CANNOT go to another staff and see if they can approve it instead. The only people who can VETO another staff member is the two Admins. Most of the time it's the cases of being deny than anything.
Try not to copy anything from the cannon or something else from something of an anime whatever. It's possible to get it to approve, but you have low chance of that. Or even have it very limited. Most of the cannon items or Materia is made by staff. A lot of the items are being hold off for variety reasons. So if you're making an item or Materia from any one of the games. PM me first or Genocide to get the OK.
