Kalm is having its yearly festival. Since every year it happens at night, there will be plenty of light shows and fireworks. And plenty interactive stands for fun games and picnics. Of course, there will be its famous parade show, known for always going all out and being different every year.
The president and vice president is even mentioned to be there. In the VIP section. of course. There have been reports of threatening activities from Wutai and AVALANCHE. Also, another unknown force supposed to be making its way there. Though every year, this festival is known for having all three groups together, but are able to coexist for this one time of the year.
So, just in case. Shinra inc. is stepping up the security for this event. Giving the grunts different shifts, but short. So they’re able to do their jobs and to enjoy the festival once they get off. Though, three of the top first class SOLDIER is joining in the security. The Immortal first class SOLDIER, Ace Wills. The blind first class SOLDIER, Luther Droy. Master first class SOLDIER, Albert Saint. Albert known as the strongest and the most famous SOLDIER of them all. He has never failed a single mission, and has never been hurt on one. Could this really be just another yearly event, or something much more?
Rules and instructions:
-Unlike the side quests, you're not going to be by yourself in each threads -unless the thread says so otherwise.
-This event is board wide. Meaning, expect some traveling.
-There will be a couple of threads open at first for everyone to be social with each other at first.
-New threads will only open when certain goals have been reached.
-Do not ask who is the npc master is. Its a secret!

Rewards will be known goals have been reach or something.
