Shinra affairs
The Space Exploration Department : The Space Exploration Department handles anything toward going into space and spread mankind out in space. It is the least funded department. Anyone can join.
The Weapons Development Department: The weapon department does what it says in it name. To create weapons. This department is the most funded department. They are known to create giant cannons, robots, and variety of different weapons. Anyone can join.
The Science Department: The science department handles manufacturer Shinra materia. They do a lot of immoral things. Most of them never see the light of day of the public. Such as conducting secret human experiments. Anyone can join.
The Urban Development Department: This department are in charge in designing Midgar. They also handle Midgar day to day lives. Anyone can join.
The Public Safety Maintenance Department: This is both Shinra police and army. There are two special organizations.
The Investigative Division of General Affairs Department: This organization is known as the Turks. They investigate, search, recruit, and assassins. They do everything under the table. They wear different uniform than that rest of the public safety. They only wear suits with a tie. Admin approval to join.
SOLDIER:[/b] Shin-Ra's elite soldiers. The Turks scout to gather those who would be capable of handling being injected with Jenova's cells and exposed to mako; those who are gain a massive artificial increase in strength and ability. It is not common to impose this procedure on one against their will, as the resulting changes to their mind and body can be large, and they must be able to bear the experiment's process in order to become a SOLDIER.
Those who are selected to become these elite soldiers will join SOLDIER in either 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Class, as based on their capabilities. The superior class is 1st Class, but those who reach this rank are few in number. Each class has its own respective uniform, but only those who are 1st Class are allowed to also wear civilian clothes.
Third class: SOLDIER third class are known to wear sleeveless blue turtle-neck sweaters and blue baggy pants, with leather accents that hold on their armor in place and their weapon when its not in use. While wearing a large blue helmet to protect their heads. They do the least dangerous missions compare to second and first. Least to have one skill category at level 1.
SOLDIER second class wear sleeveless red turtle-neck sweaters and red baggy pants, with leather accents that hold on their armor in place and their weapon when its not in use. They lead the third class SOLDIER and give first-class support. Second class does moderate dangerous missions. Must have two skill categorys at the second level.

They’re also, used a lot more compare to SOLDIER and there is a lot more of them than there is of SOLDIER. They also know to have rivalry with SOLDIER. Anyone can join.
