A moonless night in a dark sky. Not a single cloud is seen, but only a starry night. The time of day was nine p.m.. Small children around this time would be in their bed sleeping. While the parents were most likely still up and watching some t.v. While other adults would be out in the about on the streets.
Jin, was one of those adults. He was lingering around in a small bar. The bar was still rather filled with customers. Laughter and jokes filled the air. But also, smokes from their cigarets. Jin dislike cigarets, but this was a bar. It was only natural thing. Jin sat in a single chair. Had one or chairs open for anyone to watch by.
Up at the bar table were a couple of drunks. They were clearly drunk, and the bar tender stopped serving them beer. The drunks were still at the bar, just talking to one another and not really making sense. They aren’t causing anyone trouble and were regulars of the bar. Jin sober face looked down to his half eaten ice-cream.
In this bar, he had never gotten drunk and he couldn’t really hold his liquor anyway. Some of the guys tease him about that fact. Though, he really couldn’t help it. He wasn’t a drinker. Not their kind of drink anyway. You could even say, he was drunk even now. Drunk with power and only wanting more. But had to wait for his plans, and he waited for someone or another to sit in one of his empty chairs.

Myra walked into the bar and sat down next to Jin. At first, she was annoyed, thinking he was drunk, but lightened up when she saw that he was only eating ice-cream and drinking a soda. She was proud of her husband. He was the vice president of Shinra and always well behaved. Myra thought back to when she first introduced Jin to her family. Her parents accepted him quickly and loved him as much as they loved her. She wasn’t sure why Jin chose to go to such a nasty place though. The smell of cheap perfume and sweat was disgusting against her nostrils. The dim lighting the smoke blurred the scenery around her, though she was rather glad not to see the plumber’s cracks on the men and too short of skirts on the women. If only people dressed like her and covered themselves. Myra turned her nose up at the atmosphere around her. She was brought up to be proper and to act ladylike. That is how she got such a rich man like Jin in the first place. Jin liked women who where classy and intelligent. She was the perfect trophy wife for him. That in its self made Myra proud. She smiled at the bartender to be polite, but didn’t see him as anyone she would be around with. Nothing like her precious Jin, anyways. Myra kissed Jin's cheek and played with his brown hair, getting a pesky strand out of his eyes. "How was work today, Darling?"

Jin had lifted his spoon and dug it into his ice-cream. He took a spoonful if the ice-cream and put it into his mouth. Tasting the rich texture flavor of many different ingredients combine. The sweet taste of the cream went down his throat and into his stomach. He looked at his wife who was playing with his and given him a kiss on his cheek.
He knew she didn’t like being in here. It was different how she was raised. Her class of society. Though most people here are the high class. This was sector eight, after all. Not like being on the ground. Though, was often known being seen down there. It was his way to see how the slums were looking at Shinra. Who was a threat and who wasn’t.
This woman in front of him was so innocent and naive. Not knowing how bad and what Shinra been doing. She was taken from Shinra media and she would almost believe anything Jin would say. Jin put his spoon down and took a drink from his soda. Tasting the high class soda. Though, not much was different than that of the low class.
Jin wonder about something though. How would she react if she was in the lower sections of Shinra. What would she do if she lost all of her power and money? Being forced to be in the slums. Jin smirked at the idea.“Same as ever. Nothing much changed and nothing new, yet. We’re waiting for something big to happen in the future.”

Myra smiled at him, showing a pink lipstick stain on her front tooth. “Really? I can’t wait! I hope it’s a vacation to a spa or maybe to a nice resort.” A spa would be nice. Getting her nails done and a facial. Jin had her spoiled rotten and she couldn’t wait to see what the big plan is. “By the way, what are you down here in a place like… this?” She tried to hold back her judgment and scorn against the stale bar. She sighed, hinting to Jin that she was bored here and wanted to go somewhere fun and exciting. Maybe see a play or the opera. Why would anyone want to go have fun in a smelly old bar anyways? Myra looked around and saw a few drunk guys checking her out. Flattering, but she deserved much more than what they had to offer! She would ask Jin to tell them to stop looking at her, but Jin hated to cause fights. Shinra’s goal was to prevent fights and keep the people protected. Certainly Jin wasn’t going to set a bad example for his company. She turned her attention back to Jin and held his hand. It was strong and steady, unlike hers. She enjoyed her husband’s blandness, but sometimes she wished for a man that would scoop her up in his arms and give her some adventure. It was all those romance novels that gave her that idea, she thought to herself with a smirk.

Jin notices something off and it was beyond his own understanding how woman can do this. Getting lipstick on their teeth. How could you not notice it? Wouldn’t the taste hint it off? Or it wouldn’t feel right on your teeth? As stated before, Jin couldn’t understand this.
Jin looked over and saw a few drunks checking her out. Not only did he married her for influence, but also looks. He had to admit, she was rather good looking.“It’s nothing like that. Something else from the science department. I’m rather excited for this. Though, most likely something might go wrong.”
He looked at the two checks her out. Myra was getting annoyed and wanted him to do something. Jin looked at the two and gave them a hard glare. A cold, icy glare. The two saws this and stopped. “How can you stand on top of the mountain and to be to see bottom?” There was a slight paused. Jin took another bit to his ice cream.
“By the way, your front tooth. There lipstick on it.” It was annoying him too much and not saying about it. He had to point it out. Not only that, it made her look silly. Not really something to help his public image.

Myra blinked a couple of times then automatically reached for her compact mirror. She readjusted her lipstick and rubbed her tooth. “Jin, darling, can we please go somewhere else?” She didn’t like these people here. They could rob her or try to kill her. Myra didn’t care about what Jin was doing at his job as long as she got a hold of his money to go shopping. She noticed something off about him though. He was quieter than normal. Did he know about what was going on between her and that one gorgeous guy that worked for Avalanche? It wasn’t like she was doing anything wrong. In fact, she was getting “information” to help Shinra this way. Her heart pounded. If Jin found out about it, he would kick her to the streets. She would be homeless. The money would be gone. Her reputation spoiled! No! She must make sure Jin never knows. She cleared her throat and smiled at Jin. “I feel a little parched, my love. Mind buying me a small cocktail?” She battered her eyes and looked innocent. It was the look that never failed on Jin.

In the back of Jin mind was always that lingering question. The question could he really do what he wanted to do and have the power of the world at the palm of his hand. Finally to be able to be himself and stop doing this illusion of himself to others. Maybe even be able to stop pretending with Myra? Jin wasn’t so sure, yet.
This woman had really given her heart to him. It wasn’t a trick of hers. After all, Jin was a master at tricking people. Seeing through other people’s tricks and lies is a simple task. Not only that, being with Myra for so long. It’s easy to tell when she lying. Though, Jin normally don’t bring it up when she does.
“But Myra, I like it here. It where I can relax and kick back. Most of the guys here are friendly.” Jin kept his gaze upon her, but yet keeping track of the others action. Expect the unexpected, as they say. Every now and then, there be a bar fight here. Mainly the reason he’s keeping his guard up a bit.
Myra was very a spoil girl. A very heavy spender, that she is. If he didn’t have the power to say any to her, he would have gone bankrupted long ago! Though this request wasn’t so bad and easily let her have her way. A waiter walked by and Jin raised his hand. “Waiter, please get me one bottle of a small cocktail?” The waiter nodded and went to do his request.

“Thank you, my love,” Myra said, smiling. She loved Jin, but he wasn’t like the men at the Avalanche. He didn’t give her the rush that the other men had. With Jin, she felt like property. She was there to make him look good and to show that he had everything. Even a beautiful wife. What she wanted was someone to treat her like a real woman. Still, the money. Jin had so much money and power that she couldn’t afford the pass that up! Myra brushed back some of her short blond curls. “Jin, Darling, I am going to be with a few of my girlfriends tomorrow night.” She let out a little giggle. Maybe that giggle was too innocent. She wanted to make sure that he remained unsuspicious. It wasn’t like she was giving out any of her husband’s plans when she was with the men at Avalanche. Jin hardly talked about his plans or what Shinra did. A shame really, she wanted to know why Avalanche was bitter towards Shinra. A drunk man sat next to her and ordered a beer. She felt disgusted by the smell of his body odor and the ugly shirt he was wearing! How could Jin like such a place?! Myra made a face at the man and let out a heavy sigh to “encourage” Jin to take her somewhere more romantic.

Myra giggle told Jin it was a lie. This giggle she only use when she not going too somewhere, she intended too. The question now was where was, she going? Jin didn’t know and knew she wouldn’t dare something in adulatory. It wasn’t in her. Mainly due to the fact she didn’t want to lose the money.
She was the easy bribed type of person. If Jin ever murder in front of her and showed her money. She most likely wouldn’t care. She was that type of person. She loved money. Jin finish up his soda and the waiter finally bring the cocktail. The waiter pours a cup for her. He nodded and left.
Jin, brushed some of his hair out of his face and smile at her. Myra gave another hint of not wanting to be here. Jin didn’t take the hint. He came here, and Jin not forcing her to be here. Jin looked down to his Sunday and notice it was melting.
Jin finish up his Sunday and then order another, but this time a banana split. One of his favorite things to eat. He then waited for the waiter to make it and to bring it up. Jin cross his fingers together and put his elbows onto the table. He rested his chin onto his fingers. “How long will you be out”

Myra was startled when he spoke. “Two, maybe three hours.” Some of those men could last a while. Maybe if Jin ever gave her some attention, she wouldn’t have to revert to such manners, but all he cared about was his job. “Why do you care?” Her eyes widened. Did Jin know? What if he was testing her? No, Jin wasn’t smart enough to test her. She let out another giggle. “I mean, did you have something planned for us?” She fluttered her eyelashes again to add to her innocence. Myra was getting frustrated. She wanted to be home and soaking in the bathtub. Maybe watch a few of her soap operas while eating some chocolate. Jin would probably be in the library, reading. Still, as long as he was not in her way, she didn’t care. There was a thought that crossed her mind. If Jin had a tragic death, would that be in her benefit. She shook her head at that. She loved Jin! He would never hurt her, so why would she try to kill him. It must be this bar that was making her think so irrationally. “Darling, I wish to go home now.” Her voice was firm, ready to fight Jin to take her home.

“Is that so? Maybe I should come along? Its not often I get the chance to see your friends. I think it would be impolite of me of not showing some kind of image for them besides being the Vice-president. You may leave and return on your own. I can order some SOLDIER to guard your way back home. I would hate to have something happen to you.” To be honest, he had not interest in meeting them. This was something to get a reaction out of her.
Figures she over react and maybe give out too much information. Jin was found this amusing. It’s not often she would challenge him. To someone who was an outsider. They would only see the two barely fights while using manners.
When Jin and Myra fight. It more of a contest of who can make the other raise their voice and even use foul language. The one who does it first loses. Its one of the things the two hate to do. To lose at anything. One could say the two are just using each other.
But that just make them right for each other. Jin use her for public image while Myra, in Jin eyes. Just using him for power and money. He wasn’t too sure. His feelings toward Myra is mix a thing. Did he truly care or not for her? He did think while Myra is using him, she did care about him.
Jin looked at the clock and saw it was almost time for the bar to closed. Though no one in the bar was ready to leave. They don’t even seem like they were going to leave. They do, until the bartender tells them leave. Like Jin, would be disappointed.

Myra’s eyes widen. “No! You can’t do that! It’s a secret girl meeting with us girls.” She gave out a nervous laugh. “Just us girls and no one else. Why do you always accuse me of doing something?” She felt her face become heated. First, it was from guilt, and then it was anger about her husband doubting her. “Look, Jin, I wished you trust me. I am not going to do anything! I just want to have simple girl time! It’s not like I am going to cheat on you or anything!” She brushed her thin fingers into her golden hair, pushing it back out of frustration. She needed another cocktail. Jin was suspecting something. She could sense it. Was it getting hot in here? She took her hand and wiped the beads of sweat from her throat. She had to find a way to make Jin trust her. If he found out, he’d kill her. She looked desperately at her husband. She was never good under pressure. “I want to go home. Now. It’s too hot and crowded in here!” She knew this was from guilt and fear, but she wanted to blame this suffocation on something else. It was this bar!

The pitch of her laugh was off. It was a nervous laugh. A clear sign of Myra lying to Jin. Myra was sweating. Not one of things she did often. Not like she was the type to go out in the field and get her hands dirty, like Jin. Myra even went on talking about how it was a secret.
Jin picked up a napkin and would hand it to her. Jin smile at her. Myra knew Jin was suspecting. “But it is impolite of me for never making an effort to meet your friends. A friend of yours is a friend of mine, after all.” The bar tender told everyone it was time to leave.
Myra won the fight for leaving. But it was something he couldn’t control. This little fight was far from over though. The men of the bar let a loud moan. Some of them gave the bar tender the puppy eyes. As if that ever worked. “You don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here,” yelled the bar tender.
Jin would rise from his seat. If Myra didn’t take the napkin, he would put it in his pocket. If she did, he would just simply get up. After Jin gotten out of his seat. He would move over to his wife and give out his hand to help her get out of her chair. They, he would take her hand into where the two would be holding hands like a typical couple and he would lead her out of the bar.

She grabbed the napkin and wiped the sweat off her skin. It wasn’t ladylike for her to perspire like this. “You are not going with my friends. You wouldn’t like them. Please, Jin, promise me you won’t go.” Her eyes watered up and a tear fell down her cheek. She was nervous now. She grabbed his hand and looked deeply in his eyes. “I’m begging you to not meet my friends.” Jin would kill her. He would kick her out on the streets. She would lose everything! Normally Jin would never show any violence, but this could make him crack. He believed she was loyal to him and only him. The noises become louder around her. She could hear her own heart thumping in her head. Her breath was short and the images around her were blurring. “Oh god… I think I might pass out.” Her knees wobbled and she grabbed Jin’s shoulder to keep herself stable. The smell of Jin’s cologne hit her nose when she rested her head on his chest. The smell was usually sweet, but right now, it was gross to her. Myra just wanted to lay down and be alone until she got her story put together.

Before even leaving the bar. Myra, was seriously stressing over the fact he wanted to go. Myra even fainted! Which over took Jin even more off guard. He could press this matter even more, but Jin have other ways to get to know what’s going on.
He would have to send a SOLDIER to watch her actions and find out how. Jin didn’t want to do such thing. But Jin was now more curious than before. What was she hiding from him? Could she really be cheating on Jin? Or maybe it was something embarrassing?
Jin was sure yet. I will find out, my little Myra. One way or another, Jin thought to himself. Maybe it could lead to something interesting, but that fact wasn’t known to Jin yet. Jin lifted his wife up into his arms. “Fine, I promise.”
Jin had taken her out of the bar and taken her to the nearest Hospital. The hospital was known as “Shinra Hospital.” It was made and run by Shinra Inc. Hence it name Shinra Hospital. The Hospital was had it air condition to the perfect setting. Making patients feel comfortable as they can. The doctors and nurses worn mainly white. They would take her from Jin and into a room and to treat her.

Myra rested her head on Jin's shoulders, wanting to reply, but too faint to say anything. All she could say was "fine" and let Jin take her to the hopsital.
